COURT-BOOK RULES

SQUASH

All 5 squash courts are available for booking
Games are at 40 min Intervals
Court book set at a rolling seven day perimeters
Members can only book 3 courts over any seven day period, but can over ride this by going through the office. (NB: Members with a full Squash & Tennis membership can book three squash also three tennis over any seven day period)
There are no permanent bookings to be made with exception of coaching,Interclub & Tournaments
Juniors can not book courts between 5 and 7 pm Monday - Thursday. They can however use courts during this time which are neither booked nor in use. Junior members must always give way to senior members during these hours.
No Member guest, visitor or casual play between Monday - Thursday 5 pm to 7 pm.
Casual play can be booked via the office.
All Visitor and casual play at a set price of $10 each.
Administration can block bookings for non paid up members.
Court or game cancellations are to be not less an 1 HOUR before their required booking.
NO SHOWS or non cancellations by a member less than 1 hour will be given an amnesty period before being charged a penalty rate of $10 for "No show or "non cancellation" there after.
Consecutive games and block bookings cannot be booked in the system, unless done through the office for bookings approved by the Committee.

TENNIS

Six tennis courts are available for on line booking
Games are played on the half hour intervals
Court Booking are set at 7 day perimeters
Members can only book 3 courts over any seven day period, but can over ride this by going through the office
There are no permanent bookings to be made with exception of Coaching, Interclub and Tournaments
Casual play can be booked via the office
All visitor and casual play is $10 per person
Administration can block book for non paid up members
Court or game cancellations by a member less than 1 hr prior to play, will be given an amnesty period before being charged a penalty rate of $10 for any "no show" or "non cancellation" there after
Consecutive games cannot be booked, unless done through the office. e.g Team practices

Other components of online booking

Members are able to update their personal information
Members will receive confirmation / cancellations of their bookings
Grading information can be added and accessible
Members are able to search for other members
Administration can block book for non paid up members
